Reservations may only be rescheduled due to health-related concerns.
Requests to reschedule must be submitted seven (7) days before the scheduled reservation time.
Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability ONLY. New date p references cannot be guaranteed.
No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows or missed reservations.
Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions, natural disasters, emergencies, government restrictions, power outages, or other unforeseen events beyond the Company’s control (“Acts of God”).
